We
opened our first restaurant in Bali's cultural epicenter Ubud. Cafe Lotus
Ubud proved so successful that people often could not find a seat thus
we decided one year later to open a further restaurant in Ubud: Lotus
Lane.
Based on that success, we wanted to bring our Lotus Concept beyond Ubud and over ensuing years we opened more restaurants in Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua and even as far as Candi Dasa. After we had established a strong position in all major tourist areas of Bali we accepted the challenge to build a presence in South East Asia's food capital, Singapore. In spite of fierce competition, Lotus Restaurants has been so successful there that we opened our second restaurant Lotus on the River, just a few meters away from Café Lotus. A third and a fourth restaurant in Singapore followed quickly afterwards. We also expanded to Lombok with the opening there of the Lotus Bayview.
So what does the future hold for Lotus Restaurants ? A lot ! We are preparing to extend the Lotus Restaurant Experience with opening more Restaurants in South East Asia.
